Ladybank, Fife, Scotland, UK. 13th August 2022. SEPA,the Scottish Environment Protection Agency, will introduce Scotland’s first water ban at midnight tonight. SEPA said it was forced to take drastic measures as because of the driest conditions in the East of Scotland for 80 years. Sepa, the environment watchdog, said it had been forced to take emergency measures after some of the driest conditions in 80 years in the east of Scotland.
