HMS Glasgow launch from barge at Glen Mallan, Scotland, UK
Glen Mallan, Scotland, UK. 1st December 2022. Views of HMS Glasgow at Glen Mallan on Loch Long in Argyll and Bute. The Royal Navy Type 26 anti-submarine warship was transported here from the BAE Systems Govan shipyard yesterday. She is currently being lowered slowly into the deep water loch from the supporting barge - which is being flooded to sink below the warship. HMS Glasgow will then return to BAE shipyard at Scotstoun where she will be completed. Iain Masterton/Alamy Live News
