Pink door repainted in Edinburgh New Town, Edinburgh, Scotland, UK

Edinburgh, Scotland, UK, 11th July 2023. Well known “Pink door” in Edinburgh’s New Town has been repainted “off white” according to owner Miranda Dickson. The house is inside a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Edinburgh City Council, following a complaint, threatened Ms Dickson with a large fine if she did not repaint the door in a more conservative colour.
