Dundee, Scotland, UK. 3rd February, 2025. Ms Sandie Peggie and Dr Beth Upton arrive at Endeavour House in Dundee for an industrial tribunal. Ms Peggie brought the case against Dr Upton and Fife NHS for failing to provide a safe space for females to change in Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy, Fife. Ms Peggie was suspended from the hospital after making remarks about the presence of Dr Upton, a trans woman, in female changing rooms at the hospital. The tribunal is expected to last 10 days.
