Climate change protest in George Square Glasgow, UK

Glasgow, Scotland, UK. 21 March, 2019. A 'Blue Wave' demonstration by the Extinction Rebellion climate change protest group saw protesters make blue footprints, made from water-soluble paint, across George Square to the City Chambers. The peaceful protest briefly held up traffic. The Group aims to highlight threat of rising water levels in the River Clyde and of global climate change. Pic, Blue paint spread on tarpaulin.
