Edinburgh, Scotland, UK. 31January 2020. Surveyors state that new build housing developments in Scotland are as risky as Grenfell for fire hazards. As well as insufficient fire breaks built into cavity walls, the use of combustible aluminium cladding to the exterior of modern apartment buildings is a great cause for concern for homeowners.
