HMS Cardiff launched at BAE Systesm shipyard Govan, Glasgow, Scotland, UK
Erskine, Scotland, UK. 30th August 2024. HMS Cardiff Type 26 frigate launched onto barge at BAE Systems shipyard at Govan, Glasgow. The warship is being transported by barge to Glenmallan on Loch Long where it will be offloaded from the barge. Subsequently she will be towed to BAE shipyard at Yoker for fitting out adjacent to her sister ship HMS Glasgow. Pic; HMS Cardiff at the Erskine Bridge watched by members of the public.
