ALBA female candidates for Scottish election at Scottish Parliament, Scotland, UK

Edinburgh, Scottish Borders, Scotland, UK. 2 May 2021. ALBA party women candidates gathered outside the Scottish Parliament to highlight the ALBA Women and Equalities policy. Under the hashtag Women Voting With Our Feet, hundreds of pairs of women’s shoes were laid out in front of Scottish Parliament with messages of support for sex-based rights of women. ALBA list candidate Tasmina Ahmed-Sheikh said that ALBA are making it loud and clear that they will always stand up for women's sex based rights and that women and girls will always be respected by ALBA.
